Imelda and Sarah are offering an holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing through one day Mindfulness and Breathwork retreats

The day is focused around meditation, guided visualisation, breath work, silent walks in nature, journaling and more.

Creating a safe space for healing, connection, self-discovery and learning the skills to stop and re-set.

We believe that bringing people together into a group creates a supportive environment and generates more powerful results. The collective energy and shared experiences can deepen the practice and foster a sense of community and connection.

Imelda Glackin

Imelda is an ICF-accredited transformative coach, NLP practitioner and certified in mindfulness practice with over 20 years’ experience facilitating groups and leading people through change.

With warmth, presence and compassion, she holds spaces where people can pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with themselves.

Imelda explains that Hold retreats creates a space for people to think, feel, and return to what matters.

Through her skilful facilitation, Imelda supports people to reconnect with their inner resources, find clarity, and experience the kind of shift that brings renewed energy and deeper connection.

Imelda says...' I will always be exploring who I am and where I'm going, as I don't think we ever truly grow up, we are always seeking the 'what else' about ourselves and others. And when we have a curious and open mind the possibilities are endless'.

Sarah Hirigoyen

Sarah loves understanding what drives us, consciously but also unconsciously. In her work as a psychotherapist she is used to working out what someone is running towards and also what they are running away from...

She is particularly interested in the things which exist in our psyche which we don’t really know or realise are there, but given the right encouragement will reveal themselves to us.

Sarah is a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator (2015). She says: "Doing breathwork connects us to body which in turn connects us to somatic intelligence. This is where we undeniably find our deeper truth or Inner guiding wisdom". She thinks breathwork is humbling because all we have to do is get out of our own way and trust the process.

Sarah believes that group work is a very powerful method for incredible insights to come about. Magic happens when we come together.

Sarah is a BACP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and has worked in several London hospitals and GP surgeries (and now works in Private Practice.

The breathwork within the Hold workshops are more tailored to fit a smaller workshop (time wise).

Imelda and Sarah's "Hold" workshop in Lewes was a wonderful experience. I loved the beginning ritual of writing down what you wanted to leave behind, folding up your piece of paper and putting it in a jar, the contents of which would be burnt later that day. This simple act really helped me to clear my mind of negative thoughts and to embrace the teachings of the workshop.
